1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Express Logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Express Logistics provides international and domestic shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services. Services include:

  • Package and freight shipping
  • Real-time shipment tracking
  • Customs clearance assistance
  • Warehousing and distribution
  • Shipping cost calculations and quotes

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping information (addresses, contact details, package contents)
  • Comply with customs regulations and prohibited items lists
  • Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges promptly
  • Not ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited materials

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

  • Explosives, firearms, and ammunition
  • Illegal drugs and controlled substances
  • Hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, toxic substances)
  • Perishable goods without proper arrangements
  • Counterfeit goods and items violating intellectual property rights
  • Currency, precious metals, and high-value items without declared insurance

5. Pricing and Payment

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may be subject to additional fees for customs, duties, remote area delivery, or special handling. Payment is due at time of service unless credit terms have been arranged.

6. Liability and Insurance

Express Logistics liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or $100 per package, whichever is less, unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.

7. Delivery and Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Shipments may be cancelled before pickup for a full refund. Once picked up, cancellations may incur fees. Refunds for lost or damaged shipments are processed according to liability terms and insurance coverage.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of New York, United States. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
